Use of the site implies full adherence to these Terms and the most up-to-date version of Xautenic's Privacy Policy, in strict compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals (LFPDPPP).



Section 3 - Access Conditions and Transactional Veracity

Access is free, but certain features require registration. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of their information. Xautenic reserves the right to deactivate accounts that exhibit fraudulent booking patterns or inconsistencies in billing data.



Section 4 - Cookies and Performance

We use cookies to facilitate browsing and ensure a smooth and secure booking process. Disabling cookies may prevent the successful completion of a direct booking.



Section 5 - Intellectual Property

All elements (texts, logos, images) are the property of Xautenic or its licensors. Their use does not grant any rights of reproduction or exploitation.



Section 6 - OTAs and Third-Party Sites

Xautenic is not responsible for the privacy policies of external platforms (Booking, Airbnb, etc.) even if the booking is synchronized with our central system. Please check the terms of these platforms before using them.



Section 7 - Deadlines and Modifications

We may modify this text at any time. Use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revision.



Section 8 - Personal Data and ARCO Rights

Xautenic, with legal address at Calle Hermenegildo Galeana 127, Colonia Centro, CP 91240, Xico, Veracruz, is responsible for the processing of personal data.

To exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition (ARCO), you must send a request to hola@xautenic.com. This request must include the following:

  1. Full name of the holder.
  2. Digital copy of valid official identification.
  3. Clear description of the data and the specific right you wish to exercise.

Xautenic will notify the User of the decision within a maximum period of 20 business days from the receipt of the complete request.
